Is this our ancestor???

Another great resource: https://www.familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/Mexico_Church_Records

Page 304, top right "Guillermo Juan"
Baptized in Catholic Church (Asuncion parish, Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico) on 28 Aug 1890.
Parents are Guillermo Scoble and Carolina Jory.
Help with translation: http://familyhistory.byu.edu/Downloads/Spanish_Extraction_Guide/Spanish_Extraction_Guide-Chapter_2-1.pdf
"Rarely does a christening entry give the child's surname."
Learned that he was 6 months and 23 days old on 28 Aug, 1890 which if I do my math correctly means that he was born on 5 Feb 1890.
**I need to search for John William Jory's birth record (Guillermo Juan) as of 5 Feb 1890 in Pachuca.

Juan Jose Jory Death Record 1913

Juan Jose Jory
(Translation by Julianne and Stephen Geddes)
"In the name of the Mexican United States, and as judge of the civil state of this place, I make known to those present that see and certify to be (this phrasing is kinda tough here) certain that in the book numbered 51 of the civil registry OH, wait, this is a death certificate "for the child Juan Jose Jory" who died of something gastrointestinal on April 19, 1913 at 9:15 in the morning at House # 40 altos, Cinco de Mayo Avenue, next part tricky: by appearing in court, we gathered that the deceased was of (son of?) Pachuca Heidalgo, of 8 months, son of Juan Jory de Pachuca, merchant, and Luz de la Pena, of Mexico. He asked for the "translation" (moving? of the cadaver to his place of origin. Citizen witnesses were Jose Maria Ferrones and Antonio Moejia of Mexico, 40 and 60 years respectively, being employees, that live in the seventh street of Correo Mayor (major road) number 110. Once read, it was ratified and signed. their signatures follow"
SO....
It looks like John (William) Jory Sr and Luz de la Pena had a baby BEFORE James Nicholas Jory Sr (also known as Jaime Alfonson Jory). Their eldest child was Juan Jose Jory who died at 8 months old.
